Purchasing and Payment
Prices
All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices may change, but you'll always pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods supported by our payment processor (Stripe). Payment is processed securely and we do not store your card details.
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase, including:

Download link(s) for your guide(s)
Access instructions
If you don't receive this email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact ralph@yourterrain.co.
Delivery
Immediate Digital Delivery
All guides are delivered immediately after purchase via email. There is no physical product - everything is digital.
Technical Requirements
To access our guides, you need:
A device capable of opening PDF files
An email address to receive download links
Internet connection to download files
We are not responsible for:
Your device's inability to open PDF files
Email delivery issues caused by your email provider's spam filters
Internet connectivity problems
Lost download links (though we're happy to resend them - just contact us)
Download Access
Download links remain active for 30 days after purchase. We recommend downloading and saving the guides to your device immediately. If you lose your files, contact us and we'll provide new download links.
Your Right to Cancel and Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund:
Email ralph@yourterrain.co within 14 days of purchase
Include your order number and reason for refund (optional but helpful)
We'll process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
After 14 Days
After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds as the guides are digital products that have been fully delivered.
Fair Use
We trust you to use this policy fairly. If we detect systematic abuse (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding), we reserve the right to refuse future purchases.
License and Usage Rights
What You Can Do
When you purchase a guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable license that allows you to:

Each purchase is licensed for one household/family only. If other families want access, they need to purchase their own copy.
